Required for September start, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Teacher of Design and Technology with a Resistant Materials specialism, able to teach to GCSE and A levels in a strong department.

Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had four ‘outstanding’ OFSTED reports, with Grade 1 across all areas, but we are not complacent and as such the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very proud.

Teacher of Science – Chemistry
Full Time

Required for September 2020. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher of Chemistry, to join an outstanding team of practitioners. Candidates wishing to apply should have a passion for their subject and the ability to teach to GCSE and Advanced level.

Our students routinely achieve excellent results. In 2019, 86% of students achieved grade 4+ in GCSE Combined Science, 100% in GCSE Biology, 92% in GCSE Chemistry and 98% in GCSE Physics. Biology, Physics and Chemistry are popular at Advanced level and many students go on to study Science at Higher Education.
