School chefs Bronze Award

Congratulations to our school chefs Paul and Alison who took part in a competition at the NEC in Birmingham on Monday 19th January and they received a Bronze Award.

The Culinary Team was awarded no less than three placements which is a superb achievement in a Culinary Salon of such prestige.  The many hours that go into the planning and practices of their entries demonstrates their true commitment to producing outstanding food using their superb craft skills to their perfect art.
